The “Georgian Economic Forum” hosted its 30th discussion, with the main topic being the impact of construction-infrastructure and construction-development projects on economic development.
Irakli Giorgobiani, Executive Director of the ICCA, participated in the discussion panel on behalf of the Infrastructure Construction Companies Association.
The participants reviewed two main objectives essential for the sustainable and competitive development of the sector: quality control and rapid growth. They discussed the importance of large-scale infrastructural investments in stimulating the economy, creating new jobs, and strengthening the country’s transit potential. Furthermore, they highlighted the implementation of modern technologies, the role of qualified personnel, and the necessity of improving a favorable environment for strategic projects.
