On February 26, the Infrastructure Construction Companies Association (ICCA), in collaboration with BV Consulting, organized an important informational seminar: “New Regulations for the Employment of Foreigners.” Starting March 1, 2026, the rules regarding the employment of foreign citizens in Georgia will undergo changes.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to receive detailed information on the following topics:
- Procedures for obtaining a work permit;
- Work visas and residence permits;
- Oversight and new legal responsibilities.
The informational seminar was led by Vakhtang Shurghaia, Managing Partner at BV Consulting.
