Training Course in State Procurements

The ICCA is announcing a call for applications for the registration of participants at the Training Course in State Procurements. The training will be conducted by highly qualified and experienced trainers – Aleksandre Chkhikvishvili and Dato Jaiani, who have many years of experience in working at the State Procurement Agency (including, leading the trainings at the Training Center of the Agency). Course duration: the course consists of 5 meetings, each meeting covers 3 training hours; Training Days: 8, 10, 13, 15 and 17 May; Starts/ends at: from 18: 30 to 22: 00 (30 minutes break); The course covers the following topics: Concept of state procurement system (procurement system, procurement related instruments and specific sources of information); Overview of applicable laws and means of state procurement; Electronic tenders and related rules/procedures; Rules for drafting the terms and conditions of a tender; Participation in electronic tender and practical issues related to it; Tender selection and evaluation process; Black Lists and White Lists; Methodological instructions and recommendations of the State Procurement Agency; Board of Disputes (Council activities, existing rules, current practice and cases); Peculiarities related to tenders announced in the construction field; General tendencies of state procurement and future changes.
