
ICCA in cooperation with the consulting and training company “Headvice”, offers a training course in social media management.
The 12-hour training is built on digital strategies and techniques for gaining audience attention that allow the company to stay in the customers’ focus for a longer period of time in a highly competitive environment and to encourage decision-making.
The objective of the training is to study social media processes and their application in modern reality, using social platforms to increase business success, to study buying and selling processes through online/internet services. 20% of training consists of theory, 80% is practical exercises. In the theoretical part, the participants will learn about modern approaches and views in the field of social media, while in the practical part, they will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in practice through exercises.
