The concept of arranging the state procurement system;State procurement laws;Overview of the state procurement tools;Terms and conditions of tender/competition (specificities, qualification requirements);Overview of methodological guidelines and recommendations;Tender proposal and how to submit it;Participation in electronic tender and related practical issues;Selection and evaluation process in electronic tenders;Selection and evaluation process in electronic tenders (practical part);State procurement contract;Blacklist and whitelist;Legal remedies – theoretical part (dispute resolution bodies and their capacity, submitting an appeal to the Dispute Resolution Board, rights and obligations of the parties involved in the appeal procedure);Dispute Resolution Board (practical part), discussing a decision by the Dispute ResolutionBoard;Upcoming changes in the field of state procurement.
