For managers working in the field of construction, organization’s personnel issues are the most pressing. Large or relatively small projects that are different from one another and the variability of unpredictable and unplanned tasks, require consistency as well as smart decisions; Rapid selection-hiring procedures and most importantly, finding and retaining motivated staff with suitable qualifications are directly proportional to the success of the construction process. Dealing with the dangers of employees losing their motivation and constantly caring for their development – these are the daily challenges for the HR manager. Finding a middle ground between the satisfaction of the employees and the company making the most of their competence is also the prerogative of the HR department. Training Management of Human Resources in Construction Business with a dynamic and interactive processes will enable participants to be actively involved. On the basis of the examples of their day-to-day casework related to personnel issues, the group will receive a lot of useful and necessary information. She has worked for many years as head of the HR department at various companies. Today she is Head of HR at Element Construction / ALL-P Group, a large construction holding. The field of construction, given its specificity, is associated with particular responsibilities and permanent risks, and the processes can, of course, be carried out properly only through properly selected personnel. Practical examples of risk prevention will be discussed during the training. Ekaterine Zedelashvili has many years of experience in the field of human resources. Her qualifications have been approved at many, including international trainings/seminars.
