On February 14th, “Infrastructure Construction Companies Association” and “Nexia Academy” conducted joint seminar / training on the Basis of Financial Accounting and Reporting (IFRS).
The Nexia Academy is the academy of Nexia TA auditing company in the world’s top ten, which is focused on providing qualified, latest information in auditing, consulting and legal direction. Today’s training is designed for representatives of the construction sector (construction, development, architectural, design, supervisor, manufacturer, importer, dealer of heavy equipment and others).
The aim of the training is to familiarize the interested persons with financial account and reporting methods based on the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) standards. In the process of preparation of financial reporting, it is necessary to provide accurate and comprehensive information about the latest standards of financial accounting that are compatible with IFRS standards and IFRS standards for small and medium enterprises. The course, together with theoretical instruction, includes discussion and practical examples to involve the participants in the course of review of case studies.
The seminar is conducted by the auditor company “Nexia TA” tax manager Mr. David Mamrikishvili and the financial audit manager Ms. Sopo Gudushauri. Each participant will be awarded with a certificate. The training is supported by USAID project G4G.
