ქართულიBusiness Ombudsman met with the representatives of Infrastructure Construction Companies’ Association member companies. During the meeting the companies discussed the problematic issues of the Association with Mikheil Daushvili, among them the attention was drawn on topics such as determining estimated cost of purchase in state tenders per market prices, equalizing certain approaches in the draft contract, introducing alternative bidding method, reflecting labor security costs in a bill of lading, and thus adjusting numbers of bill of lading and other issues.
