Construction law – Permit issues

ICCA offers another training course, this time in the field of construction permits.

The course, titled Construction Law – Permit Issues, covers the fundamental issues of construction law. Through an interactive lecture, students will learn the basic principles and tasks of construction law, find out the fundamental issues of construction permits, get acquainted with constructions classes and learn what mandatory documentation is required for each of them to obtain a construction permit.

The aim of the course is for the participants to understand the essence of construction law, its main functions, the field of regulation; Find out what the basic documentation needs to be submitted to carry out any construction. At the end of the course, the participants will know what are the main features and limitations of the capital’s land-use master plan and how to plan and carry out a desired construction.

To gain more practical knowledge, throughout the course the participants will discuss mini-case studies on the topic together with the trainer.

The training course will be conducted by Giorgi Chichinadze, attorney; construction law consultant in design and construction companies; PhD student in Construction Law.

Time/date: 17, 19, 23 February, 2021. 3 meetings, 17:00 – 20:00.

Training venue: Zoom online communications platform .

Training fee: 250 Gel . ICCA will cover the full cost of the training for its members.
