The training session on “Sales and Customer Relationship Management” was held in collaboration between the “Infrastructure Construction Association“ and partner company Nexia Georgia.
The training covered various aspects of sales, including the importance of presentation and presentability in sales, its role in a company’s success, the practical application of sales skills, understanding failure as valuable experience, and ways to achieve success.
The training was led by Nini Zakaraishvili, Director of the Customer Relations Department at the international auditing firm Nexia Georgia.
