Manual – Road Construction

In accordance with the grant agreement between the Infrastructure Construction Companies Association and the German international Cooperation (GIZ), the association has published a manual – “Road Construction” for students and listeners. The manual was published in the framework of the project “Development of the Private Sector and Vocational Education in the South Caucasus”.
Merab Baratashvili, Konstantine Mchedlishvili, Tea Nareklishvili, Irma Gharibashvili, Ramin Dzneladze, Manuchar Shishinashvili and George Chubinidze participated in compiling the manual.
Editor and Reviewer : Tamaz Shilakadze, Academician of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences.
The manual uses photographs provided by the compilers and by the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia. Educational resources are clear and concisely laconic. The tips in this paper are easy to understand and will be useful for both professional students/listeners as well as vocational education teachers, short-term program trainees and practitioners.
The prepared manual will be of great help to all those employed in the field of road construction: the builder-technician, the manufacturer of the construction work and other qualified workers.
