On October 2, the Minister of Infrastructure, Revaz Sokhadze, held a meeting with representatives of the construction sector, including heads of construction companies, the Infrastructure Construction Companies Association, and the Business Association of Georgia.
During the meeting, Revaz Sokhadze presented the decisions made regarding the so-called “White List.” According to his explanation, under the new model, the performance guarantee for contracts under the “White List” will be set at 60% in 2026, 70% in 2027, and 80% in 2028. Starting from 2029, a new model will come into force to define the criteria based on which companies will be included in the “White List” and will benefit from the corresponding preferences.
