ქართულიOn October 15, the Association organized a Georgian-Estonian Road-Building Forum. Within the framework of the event, the First Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia Irakli Karseladze, Estonian Consul in Georgia – Jürgo Loo and Estonian Head of Road Administration – Janar Tükk delivered welcoming speeches. Representatives of the Roads Departments of Georgia and Estonia, the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia and Estonian and Georgian private companies made presentations during the Forum. The purpose of the forum was to share experiences between countries on road safety, innovative technologies, rational management / improvement of highways infrastructure, road maintenance and other pressing issues. Prior to the opening of the forum, Estonian guests held a meeting with the Roads Department of Georgia and visited the ongoing works on Chavchavadze Avenue.
