ICCA held another and final meeting of mentors and beneficiary companies under the mentoring
program at the Radisson Red Hotel, the first section of which was led by program expert Nana
Mikashavidze. The second section of the event covered the presentation of the European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where Nika Chkheidze, SME finance and development analyst,
introduced information about the small business support program to the audience. In addition,
organizations presented their services in the direction of business support services provided by the
program. The mentoring program provides 80% co-financing for companies producing these services.
David Tkhelidze, the co-founder of SAFCO company spoke about labor safety consulting services.
Financial management services were presented by Giga Faikidze, managing partner of Loialte company.
Regional organizations made presentations on the same topic at the event, where Zurab Mamporia from
FINSERVICE Audit (Samegrelo), and Ana Erkomaishvili, Executive Director of FINFORCE (Kakheti) spoke.
Temur Taktakidze made a presentation of Master Builders Solutions services in terms of building
materials technology.
This program is carried out with the support of the Regional Small and Medium Enterprises
Development Project (RSMEDP) funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
The RSMEDP project aims to increase employment and income in the regions of Georgia, following the
2022-2025 South Caucasus region program of Swiss cooperation.
