*the concept of arranging a state procurement system;
*state procurement laws;
*an overview of tools of state procurement;
*terms and conditions of tender/competition (specificities, qualification requirements);
*an overview of methodological guidelines and recommendations;
*tender proposal and how to submit it;
*participation in electronic tender and related practical issues;
- selection and evaluation process in electronic tenders;
- selection and evaluation process in electronic tenders (practical part);
*state procurement contract; - blacklist and whitelist;
*legal remedies – theoretical part (dispute resolution bodies and their capacity, submitting an appeal to the Dipute Resolution Board, rights and obligations of the parties involved in the appeal procedure);
*Dispute Resolution Board (practical part), discussing a decision by the Dispute Resolution Board;
*Upcoming changes in the field of state procurement.
