
ICCA offers online training in HR: a short course in human resource management. The training will cover the topics necessary to manage human resource issues, trends in small and large organizations, comparison of international and local practices, discussion of real cases in the local labor market and the specific challenges faced by participants, and offer possible solutions.
The aim of the training is to share the knowledge and experience essential for effective management of human resource issues, to deal with challenges in specific industries, to share modern approaches and practices with HR professionals, to raise awareness of the misplaced role of HR in the local labor market, the role of HR in employer branding.
The training is designed for beginner and/or current HRs.
