LLC “Britannia Development” was founded in 2021 and since its establishment, has been actively involved in the implementation of many significant projects in the Georgian construction market. In a short period, the company successfully formed its own renovation teams with technical personnel in permanent staff, which ensured the high-quality and successful execution of projects and the formation of a professional team in the Georgian market.
The company’s completed projects include administrative and urban infrastructure, such as construction and repair work for the administrative building of Krtsanisi District Municipality in Tbilisi, construction and repair work for the Public Defender’s central office (6 Phagava St.), rehabilitation work for the 100-step staircase located on Aghmashenebeli Avenue in Kutaisi, and the construction of a 6-storey office space at N1 Eristavi St. in Tbilisi.
Currently, LLC “Britannia Development” is involved in several ongoing large-scale projects. Noteworthy among these are the rehabilitation works for the Meliton Balanchivadze Kutaisi State Opera and Ballet Professional Theatre, construction works for a new administrative building for structural units under the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, and construction works for the administrative building of the Ministry of Regional Development. The company is also continuing the Phase II rehabilitation works of the residential building (Cadet Corps) located at 46 R. Tabukashvili St. / 2 R. Laghidze St. in Tbilisi. In the field of educational infrastructure, rehabilitation works are underway for several public schools: Lentekhi Public School N2, Zestafoni Municipality Village Meore Sviri Public School N2, Baghdati Municipality Village Rokiti Public School, and Kutaisi Public School N7.
