Black Sea Group, one of Georgia’s leading engineering and construction companies, has 20 years of experience in implementing large-scale infrastructure projects across the energy, transport, and aviation sectors.
Since 2005, the company has made significant contributions to strategic projects such as the Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) and the East-West Highway (TRACECA), as well as the rehabilitation and construction of the Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, and Ambrolauri airports. Internationally, the company has successfully completed numerous projects, notably the rehabilitation of the runway at Skopje International Airport in North Macedonia, marking one of the first construction contracts in Europe carried out by a Georgian company.
In 2023, Black Sea Group initiated a strategic restructuring, transforming into a management company and establishing specialized companies under its umbrella for logistics, materials production, technical services, and other areas. These changes enhance operational efficiency and increase competitiveness. Also noteworthy is the new base located near Tbilisi, in the village of Saakadze, which serves as the main address for the companies under the umbrella and creates a construction hub where investors or clients can receive a full package of construction services, from legal support in obtaining permits to direct construction completion.
With an approach based on innovation, sustainable development, and international standards, Black Sea Group continues to build Georgia’s infrastructure, connecting regions, industries, and opportunities.
