Training “Project Management – with the help of MS Project”

In recent years, Project Management, one of the most attractive approaches that organizations could use, has become one of the most important business processes necessary for the successful operation of an organization. Dramatically changing environments and new challenges are forcing organizations to quickly adapt to change, refine management systems, and implement new projects. Project management helps organizations achieve these goals.

The training is based on the methodology developed by the most authoritative organization in this field, the Project Management Institute. At the end of the course participants:

* Be able to plan and control the work to be performed within the project, relevant deadlines, and budget with the help of Microsoft Project;

* Be able to identify, analyze project risks, and identify measures for risk mitigation with the help of Microsoft Project;

* Be able to control the current situation of the project and produce reports required for management with the help of Microsoft Project.

The course is designed for current project managers, middle and top managers, and professionals who need to learn how to work in the MS Project and apply it in practice.

Course modules and contents:

1. Basic principles of project time planning (3 hrs.)

Microsoft Project – Starter (6 hrs.)

Microsoft Project – Intermediate (6 hrs.)

Training Venue: Zoom, Online Meeting Platform.

Training fee: 1200 GEL. For the members of the “Infrastructure Builders Association”, co-financed by the association, the training fee is 400 GEL.
