On January 30-31, ICCA held a meeting, where the organization presented a draft document with
recommended positions on procurement in construction.
As part of the public-private dialogue, in which the representatives of the state structures, private
sector, Association, and USAID participated, the discussion of the mentioned document took place.
This document was developed with the support of the USAID Economic Governance Program, under the
project “Support for the Development and Adoption of Construction Cost Estimates and Price
