The training will allow participants to: Improve communication skills with clients; Acquire and enhance knowledge in terms of sales standards and methods; Get practical advice and recommendations in the direction of sales difficulties. The following issues will be discussed during the training: Correct understanding of customer&#8217;s wishes; The long term relationship with the client; The difference between the sales process and the service process; Ask questions and listening techniques; Presentation technique and convincing communication; How to behave at the client&#8217;s refusal.<br>Training format: The training will be conducted through interactive methods of teaching, such as theoretical presentation, exercise, role playing, simulation, training case and discussion. Duration: 2 full days (in total 12 hours); 2 coffee and 1 dinner break per day. The training will be led by Gigi Gachechiladze &#8211; the Director General of Construct.ge on Trade and Price Research.<br>See Additional information about the trainer.
