Building company Mamisoni has been operating on the Georgian construction market for years and has implemented large scale projects from hydrotechnical construction complexes to civil and industrial buildings.

In 2017 building company Mamisoni joined Award Holding. Mamisoni’s objective is to support its customers and partners with professionalism, constant renovations and by introducing modern building standards and innovative building technologies. Services:

● Construction of civil, cultural and religious buildings. Implemented projects: The works carried out by Mamisoni team include sites such as: Hydrotechnical construction:

● Unique complex of Zhinvali hydrotechnical buildings

● Structure of headwork side intake for water supply and irrigation system of thermoelectric power station near Rustavi on the River Mtkvari;

● Rehabilitation-reinforcement of fast-flowing of Satskhene HEPS;

● Rehabilitation-reconstruction of Rioni HEPS spillway;

● Construction-reconstruction of headwork of Tezi-Okami irrigation system;

● An underground reservoir of potable water with capacity of 2X5000m3 was built in densely populated area of Tbilisi, on Nutsubidze Plato;

● On the basis of an intergovernmental agreement in 2000, the building company continued working in Russian Federation, on the territory of North Ossetian Republic –Alania to complete the Zaramag Hydrotechnical structure complex on Ardon river.

The company participated in the building of multiple riverbank reinforcement and protective structures in Georgia:

● The Shorokhevi riverbank reinforcement works at the village Baghlojiani;

● The Supsa River right bank reinforcement works in Chokhatauri district;

● The Skuncha River bank reinforcement works in Ozurgeti;

● North – South Gas Pipeline rehabilitation: soil dam along the gas pipeline route underscoured by flood was restored and a protective concrete wall was arranged;

● Protection of the riverbank near Pasanauri with galvanized gabions;

● Rehabilitation works of the Patara Khevdzmara River damaged collector section in Tbilisi, etc.

● Transportation construction:

● A motorway was built in Enguri river gorge, in a mountainous region, with the use of an verhung constructions;

● 5 km road and two unique bridges were built between the villages Zhinvali and Ananuri, along the Georgian Military Road;

● Alkun-Targimi motor road was constructed in very complicated engineering and geological conditions in the Republic of Ingushetia (Russian Federation);

● A traffic hub – at the Heroes’ Square and multi span overpass at the bridge of King Tamar were constructed in Tbilisi; Tbilisi-Airport highway section;

● 12 km length bypass of Sochi city;

● Significant works were performed on the reconstruction-widening of Poti Port.

● A parking for lorries and a railway – ferry-boat crossing, connecting Georgia to European countries, were built;

● Tunnel engineering:

● One of the most unique tunnels in the world tunnel driving practice is Arkhoti tunnel of the Trance-Caucasian pipeline on the Great Caucasus in Dariali gorge;

● Road tunnels along the Georgian Military Road and Sochi bypass, along Spitaki-Nalbandi and Sevan-Dilizhan (Republic of Armenia) motor roads;

● Subway stations and passageway tunnels in Tbilisi and Moscow;

● Derivation tunnels and pressure tunnels with different cross-sections as part of Zaramag Hydrotechnical structure complex; ● A road-tunnel with 160m length and 92m2cross was built along Khaisi-Mestia road;

● Rehabilitation-reconstruction works were carried out at the weak geological sections of Rikoti tunnel along Georgia’s main highway;

The works included:

● Rehabilitation works of existing tunnels (galleries at 96-107 km of Mtskheta – Stefantsminda – Larsi international importance road were carried out;

● Industrial construction:

● In 1997 the company won a tender for the construction of Supsa terminal of Baku-Tbilisi-Supsa pipeline. As a subcontractor of foreign companies (“Keler”- Germany, “Entropos” –France, “TML-Borova” – Turkey) the company completed works within the contractual terms;

● In collaboration with a New Zeland Company “McConel Dowel” and Turkish Company “Tekpen” the company constructed pressure lowering stations for oil pipeline and carried out works at separate sections of the route.

● Construction of “British Petroleum” gas-filling station in Tbilisi airport;

● Construction of crashing-sorting enterprise of Kaeshut quarry in the Republic of Turkmenistan;

● Civil, cultural and religious buildings:

● Mamisoni was greatly honored to take part in the construction of Holy Trinity Cathedral. The Company built the major part of the monolith structure, bell tower and communications of this unique building.

● During the years the following buildings were constructed:

● Restaurant “McDonalds” on the Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi;

● Bazaleti resort complex;

● Foundation reinforcement works of the Rustaveli Theatre;

● Building and reconstruction of a shopping complex.
